About / standing notice
Tommy Doyle Band is a solo music project. On stage, the band is whoever the song asks for; on record, it’s the same person tracked patiently, one voice at a time. Either way, the result is one piece of music made in one room.
The audience doesn’t come for one person. They come for the song.
This site is the practical record of that work — short essays about making music, audio and video as it gets finished, and the catalogue as it grows.
